Had a friend in highschool who had a 1976 chevy pickup, lot of us liked to ride by a mutually hated teacher's house at about 4am or 5am after a night of drinking and smoking, and rack that truck's pipes by the teacher's bedroom

Try living where I live - apparently the cool thing to do is to get a lift kit for your Chevy truck and make the exhaust line in the truck as loud as a space shuttle while blasting shitty rap from the 90s speaker system fad. All these kids with daddy's money and they don't realize they all look the same - not a single thing about them is unique except how damned annoying it is for them to pass your house at 11p-3a waking everyone up every weekend.

It's funny how people spend a lot of money on a loud exhaust system and and a K&N filter thinking they have instant performance when multi-geared drive trains are setup for smooth shifts and fuel economy.

It's hilarious here in the 'burbs north of Atlanta. The eastern European punks drive little Honda Civics and the like, then have HUGE exhausts hooked up and an aftermarket spoiler, as well as black lights underneath. They sound like a souped up Singer sewing machine that's about to explode!
