Enjoying the responses so far. Good stuff

How is multiculturalism ‘satanic or demonic’? Genuinely curious.

Sure, much like individual human beings are analog and imperfect manifestations of the DNA we all carry, which is 99.9% the same across all of us.
Although he is not explicit in saying so, it does seem like he believes that these differences in culture are not that big of a deal, that they don't matter in day to day human affairs. If that is his belief, then he is profoundly wrong and one can simply examine the annals (giggity) of human history to disprove that opinion.

My thing with cultures is this. Have you ever noticed how other cultures never even remotely try to learn about American culture? Or how people of other ethnicities every try to learn about White culture (in this case I'm talking White American culture).

It's always our responsibility to learn about other cultures, but it's rarely done in return. In reminds me of why I roll my eyes when people say "they want to have a dialogue". A dialogue means both sides get to give their perspectives. Those people don't want a dialogue, they want to lecture.

There are some rare exceptions. For example, there is a growing culture in Japan who like line dancing and country music from here in America. But I get tired that the expectation is that White Americans have to learn about all these other cultures, but those other cultures don't have to return the favor.

I know where you're going, but they think they've already been taught about American culture through movies. Metallica brought down the Berlin wall. They craved our cuture.

The Japanese are really bad comparison. They love baseball, and have played the CWS in hotels during breakfast, but they are rule and law abiding. That is not America. I would, never, ever, want them to emulate Baton Rouge. It's not a growing culture, their obsession with Rockabilly, etc, has been there for decades.

You're still overthinking this. French don't give a shite about Belgian culture, Belgians about the UK, or about the Dutch. Nobody cares.

A lot of overseas countries equate English speakers with Americans, if they don't speak English. UK tourists in Europe are the loudest, most useless frickwits you've ever seen or hear. Them, and American trust fund kids "studying in Paris." Insufferable lot. That behavior is attributed to Americans, when it's just retarded assholes from Manchester that speak English, but downed a 12 pack on the 30 minute ride to the airport.

They got better under colonial rule. Their socialist leanings and their buddy relationship with the USSR sure didn't apply any brakes to the destructive parts of their culture.

Being knowledgeable about other cultures can be beneficial depending on the type of business you're in.

It also makes you worldly and sophisticated.

Using the retort “banana” is a short an efficient way of saying, “That statement does not mean anything of substance.”

A little more detail:
What is “personal spiritual growth.”
What about these “Eastern religions” exactly creates a meaningful epistemological, ontological, soteriological, eschatological, teleological, or theological distinction between one’s “personal spiritual growth,” on the one hand, and one’s “attachment to one’s own reality” on the other hand?

I have more but that’s enough for today.
