and as a man, if I ever admit my suspicion of a rape claim, I'm all of a sudden a woman hating a-hole
quote:ok. How do you want to fix it?
But you have to admit that it is entirely too easy for women to falsely scream RAPE and they rarely face any consquences
quote:I agree. Rape is scary too.
You have to admit this is somewhat scary from a male's perspective.

How do we fix it? Punish the woman who is falsely accusing the male as equally as he would be punished for committing the crime. See how many false accusations are popping up then

and I'd be all for an effort bringing awareness to these false allegations
you would, but the SJWs pushing this issue would never allow this discussion
they tried to stop the discussion in the case of that football player who SERVED TIME and RUINED HIS ABILITY TO GO TO COLLEGE AND PLAY IN THE NFL after it was proven that a girl made the accusations up

he's not jumping to conclusions. i bet he, like i, have been in that exact situation before
men find themselves in the scenarios of the modern sit com: shut up and agree with the woman/wife...or else

make it a very serious crime

It's not just "rape ", it is all manner of sorts of false sexual-harassment or impropriety or any number of false charges that get thrown up against men when they do something a woman doesn't like.
I had an instance way back in the day where I was accused of sexual harassment. I would've lost my job for nothing more than a silly gyrating dance to be funny. If I had not been able to produce a note Given to me by the woman the day before telling me how she wanted to have a million of my babies, my word would've been worthless and I would've been immediately fired.
That's not the only time "female privilege" has affected me negatively.

But I think it's disgusting that every time rape is brought up on this website, a large % of posters immediately claim the chick is lying.
I agree, but it isn't really our fault

Guess innocent until proven guilty isn't a thing anymore
Becomes a grey area because "innocent until proven guilty" can often translate to "liar until proven to be raped" for the victim.
There should absolutely be room on both sides. The accused should be able to remain anonymous until convicted, and shouldn't be immediately written off as a rapist. But the victim's accusations can't be shrugged off with a roll of the eyes either.
Like Wink said, the false accusations are a serious problem that truly happens.. but I wouldn't say there are more false accusations than actual rapes.
It's a slippery slope where you have to keep both parties in mind.
As I said, how shitty would it be to be suspicious of the girl's accusations to the point where she got no care and then it ended up being true?
I do agree his name should be anonymous though.

So we are terrible people for plowing what the law says and assuming the accused(guy) is innocent until proven guilty? Just bc that means the girls is lying?

for the record, it isn't 100% when rape is accused
it only comes up when the situation is a potential "iffy" situation, typically where things progress between the 2 parties to a point, and then there is a disagreement as to consent and what happened
there are clear cases of rape on this site that get the "tPOS" or "animal" or "death penalty should be available for these sick fricks" responses with the quickness.

Yeah it's a lot harder to believe them when they admit to as much as she did leading up to the actual act.
Other situations are usually pretty cut an dry

when/where has this ever happened?
you're creating a false narrative/hypothetical as a "what if" while we're using real examples of people we know
