from the way i see it (and i have a pretty good vantage point), i think it may have started out consensual but ended with her being forcibly raped...
This is what I'm thinking too. There is a lot about him that could turn a woman off, even after they got to the bedroom. Sad story all around.

there are some things not in the article that make me believe she was in fact raped...
however, there are things not in the article that give me pause, and make it a bit tougher to believe the claim of rape....
the shower thing, i'm pretty skeptical about... but i totally see him saying the "i didn't rape you" thing...

You could come off as blaming your daughter and that can be devastating to her.
what i would tell her is that i believe her claim and if she said it happened, it happened, but god damn it why were you so naive to put yourself in that situation in the first place??
of course, i could not really give her that speech a few hours after it happened, but i plan on it....

Yeah, how come we can have pics of the accused but no pics of the accuser?

Well maybe if she kept her snatch locked up, this entire issue could have been avoided.

i don't see how that has anything to do with her claim of being raped....

neither does the fact she has a boyfriend, or supposedly deleted twitter, or that she works for you.
Yet you shared all that information.

So she's a fat ugly skank. Got it.

you could say the same thing to a guy about putting himself in that situation to be falsely accused of rape.
Meet girl on Tinder
Go to her apt at 2 am
things get heated
move the party to her bedroom
start getting undressed
she stops
you're left with your dick in your hands
no witnesses
you leave
she cries rape
no witnesses
you're arrested, charged, booked and life is ruined no questions asked
Yeah, I'd have to tell my son, not to put himself in that situation

correct, i shared information... or as you put it "facts"... what he is asking is an opinion... it's my prerogative to not state my opinion on her physical attractiveness, as i don't feel it's warranted to the discussion...

I had a girl from tinder meet for the first time at my apt in Hattiesburg (she was also an lsu student)
She was nervous about it...and I made sure she knew I completely understood if she didn't want to come over, because I was after all a complete stranger. I gave her my address and told her to text it to a friend so someone would know where she was at to put her mind at ease. I found out later that she didn't tell anyone she was meeting me in Hattiesburg until she got back to Baton Rouge. People are just not very smart.

This sounds more like a case of following morning regret.
It's not uncommon for false rape allegations to surface. She met an unknown guy from tinder, which is known as strictly a hookup app, at an apartment -not a date- then admittedly went to the bedroom with him?
Yeah I'm not buying rape. If it was it's horrible but if not this guys reputation is ruined for life and this girl deserves prison.

Got it. All the sudden you have morals about sharing personal info about patients and coworkers on a messageboard.

She drove 2.5 hours and I cooked a delicious meal. What do you think.
I think that whole "sleeping with the enemy" thing appeals to girls.

i said he's a patient, and any "info" about him can be sleuthed by the famed OT in a matter of mere minutes.... i didn't give anything away about coworker other than she was supposed to delete tinder and that she had a boyfriend... those are FACTS that pertinent to condition of the case....
what you are asking is a matter of opinion... that is baseless to the case...
