The GTD is a race car adapted to the street.
The other 2 are street cars from the word go
The GTD is basically a GT500 with carbon fiber body panels, a wider track and a bunch of racecar parts hung on it.
Admittedly the GTD has the most extreme equipment/setup of the 3, but it was created using pretty much the exact same formula that the other two cars use. The basic idea of the GTD is not revolutionary, Ford just took it further than any American company ever has, certainly .

I know the ZR1 is the fastest but I'd rather own the Porsche followed by the Mustang then the Vette.

All GT class racecars start out as the road versions.

Ford doesn’t even build it. multimatic does.

Got to ride as a passenger on a hot lap w/ a pro driver in a new 911 GT3 RS at Barber Motorsports Park.
It was the most violent mechanical experience I've ever had, including 8 gs in an F-15.
——
Explain please

Corvettes are strictly for midlife crisis & really old guys.
I'm no C8 Corvette fan nor would I purchase one, but that statement is incorrect. Industry data shows the C8 Corvette the #1 sports car purchased for buyers under 35.
New Corvette average buyer age is Mid-50s yr old males
New Porsche average 911 buyer age is Early-50s yr old males

Area dependent, perhaps
Must be like all the Lexus GX/LX/Land Cruisers I see are driven by women, huge Mommy Moblies.
