I agree with Clay Travis's take on this. Short of an assassination, RBG dying less than two months out from the most contentious election since 1860 is the absolute worst thing that could have happened.

Harry is somewhat at fault, but he didn't include Supreme Court nominees only federal judges. That is on Mitch Mcconnell.
