Three undeniable facts. Had Baldy not gone after and chased Rittenhouse he would be alive today. He was the aggressor, that cannot be disputed, and had he not done so he would not have been shot.
Second fact..Mr Skateboard..if he had not gone after Kyle Rittenhouse, if he had not beaten him with the skateboard, been the aggressor, can't deny that, he would be alive today. No disputing that fact.
Third fact...Had our pistol packing one armed friend not pointed his weapon at Kyle Rittenhouse, had he minded his own business and not tried to be a hit man, had he not been the aggressor, he would not have been shot. No disputing that either.
Rittenhouse did not attack anyone that did not threaten him, no disputing that fact either.In no case can it be shown that he was the instigator, that he was the aggressor. No way you're going to get convictions here, and anyone with any sense knows it.
