Dumb democrats are celebrating because they celebrate the small victories of vengeance. Dumb democrats do not give a shite about a diverse economic base, or upward mobility, or budget shortfalls.
Dumb democrats for generations have been told by their democrat overlords that they can't succeed because the deck is stacked against them. All the while the democrat overlords take the money that is supposed to go to the dumb democrats, and then they tell the dumb democrats the money is gone because THOSE PEOPLE OVER THERE don't want you to have it.
But the dumb democrats are never the wiser.
The dumb democrats still go home to their treeless, litter-filled wasteland of a neighborhood with their shitty schools and no grocery stores.
And so they feel exhilarated with the high of a symbolic victory. But the dumb democrat is still just a dumb democrat until the day he decides to open his eyes.
