There's lighting around the monument (and presumably irrigation for the landscaping). I'm waiting for these dumbfricks to cut some underground utilities, because we all KNOW they didn't call 811.

If I was a worker I would refuse to work in these conditions. I did wear a blue collar before putting on the white one.
