I know people are mocking this, and I’m sure Putin doesn’t give a shite, but this is the kind of thing that starts to stack up in the popular attention of the average person. And when the average person starts paying attention to the negatives of the conflict, that’s when governments have to be careful that the tide doesn’t turn on them.
