Because he used it to get under people's skin and he was good at it.
People used to accuse me and Rag of keeping a spreadsheet on people because we both had good memories and would bring shite up all the time to mess with people. We would MAYBE embellish the stories to make them juicier and they became OT lore.
The whole Owlie state line thing was a Rag & Stout production based off of some BS Sassy said.

I don't think it's a hoax. The hypothesis is that TigahRag is Bryan Rushing's brother and that he wants to finally disconnect from TD altogether. He posted the thread on the TR to recognize his brother's passing and is either A. Connecting his brother to his TD account or B. Acting as if the owner of TigahRag has died without making the connection.
This doesn't seem likely either way.
I do think that TigahRag was Bryan and that OP is low key revealing who Tigah was. Either way, RIP.
