They bus the ghetto kids into the nicer neighborhoods in EBR Parish so they can trick or treat on Halloween so this is definitely not true.

Maybe it's different in the NW, but the largely white neighborhood that I live in would say otherwise as the car loads of minority kids make their way down the streets. And I've only heard of one house bitch about this in my little cul-de-sac.
