It’s wild wasn’t even rounding a base just crow hopping and snapped. Has to,be worst non contact injury i’ve ever seen

Was the announcer correct? If he can’t round the bases, the score remains tied?

Just looked it up and it did count. Apparently if a runner is injured before reaching a dead ball awarded base, a pinch runner can complete it for him…

A baseball player at my high school broke his arm on a non-contact play, and he ended up having bone cancer. Seems really odd for a leg to be that weak.

Yeah id be really worried at that age and ability to break a bone that easily.

Either a preexisting injury, genetic defect or cancer. That was awful
