Yes yes, we all know that golf is not a verb and are impressed by your knowledge as well.

My mother is dead.

I can take pictures of ashes if you like. Or if you prefer, describe what her cold dead body looked like in the cremation oven.

Maybe sometimes you should think before you type.

Was leaving my buddy’s duck camp in Erath, the tide went out the night before so the boat was about 10ish feet below the dock. No ladder to get in and I didn’t really think about how far of a drop it was and sent it.

I’d suggest to continue on your regiment of Wild Turkey 101

Do you work in construction?

I had a client of ours come in today, bitching about how one of his workers had broken their heel, and how it was fricking up their work schedule.

Gods country. That softball tourney during the fair is one of my fondest memories.

In a sense. I work for a pump rental company. But I don’t work for the construction companies.

I don’t think so but will have more clarity on that after my doctors appointment tomorrow.

Shattered (pic below) or fractured ? There is a difference. Fractured - surgery not likely, non-weight bearing for 8-12 weeks, Sedentary work release, ambulate with a knee scooter, physical therapy 3x’s a week for 8 weeks. Shattered - major fusion surgery with lots of hardware, your ankle/heel will never be the same, extensive PT, 100% recovery at maximum medical improvement - full duty release: 9-12 months. I work in the medical field dealing with treatment for all types of injuries. According to my 30+ yrs of experience, a coccyx (tailbone) and calcaneus shatter are the 2 worst injuries one can deal with

Going under the knife Monday.

2 weeks in a splint.
2 weeks in a cast
Then a boot a rehab.

Doc said it’s probably going to be at least 6 weeks until I’m weight bearing/walking. Going to be working from home in that time period.

Said it’ll be at minimum 3 months until I’m hitting golf balls.
