The insurance company is gonna depreciate the value of your rims and tires. If the sticker had them at $5k, expect to get about $1300 from the insurance company.
You're gonna have to pay your deductible and a lot extra if you want the same stuff you had. Your ride is gonna look like shite with basic arse wheels unless you cough up a couple of extra thousand bucks.
This is just.....wrong. No betterment charged on wheels. Ins. co. owes to put you back to pre-loss condition, so if you had spinners, they pay for spinners. Ins. companies do charge a betterment for tire wear, but there is no old tire to measure tread depth on.......
