And it could be referred pain from your neck. An MRI could be in order. If that's the case injections could help tremendously. Good luck.

Because I’m a man and I’m lazy. It’s just a nuisance, but definitely time to figure it out.

It is indeed! My outpatient clinic is good, but F going to Chicago Heinz. My doctor usually takes pretty good care of what I need.

Still can’t sleep on my left side. When I try arm goes numb within 10 seconds. When I re pinch it the muscles in the area lock up.

I have a routine of neck stretches to help but nothing makes it go away.

I have one that acts up once a year and will radiate to my shoulder and down to my fingers. Chiropractor made it worse for 3 months then told me to go get a steroid shot from urgent care. Completely knocks it out and I’ve done it 3-4 times since.

If it's a tear of some kind, it'll only get worse over time. PT-like stretching will help short term, while DC treatment will very seldom, if ever, "cure" anything. And the longer you have this issue, the worse arthritis will be down the road. Go to an M.D. & get a definitive diagnostic test.

Get evaluated by a physician. A good history and physical exam should determine if the pain is most likely from the shoulder or the neck. Proceed with diagnostic testing after that.
