8 testimonies and forensic evidence has him free. Do you think Browns hands were up?

Every bar fight an LSU player is around is recorded with a phone. I'm supposed to believe no one recorded any of this altercation? On the hands up issue, some witnesses at the scene gestured that he had his palms up asking Wilson if he was going to shoot before he charged him. I think some of that is getting misinterpreted as having his hands above his head.

That's an honest question. I'm not arguing. Trying to get my facts straight.

It's like when you catch someone in Winn Dixie with a roast in their purse THEN they beg to give it back but it's too late. I think that's kinda what happened here. He raised them as he was charging/falling.

Of course none of the 16 were liars.

All the autopsy results and forensic evidence from shots fired including the way his body came to rest says his hands were DOWN.

The da didn't want to try the case, there was enough evidence to go to trial. That doesn't mean it wasn't justified but that also isn't the purpose of a grand jury.

I jumped on hawkeye without clarification

Technocally he is right. Most said his hands were up. However only a few not very credible witnesses said his hands were up in surrender

Most said his hands were up as in "not down by his side."

All this for 12%.

Even saw dumbass NFL players from rams getting in in the action.

Just think if they put half the energy in stamping out crime in their own neighborhoods and trying to have some stable households and family life... They'd be amazed how things might change for them.

The idiots didn't want to try the case either, they'd already determined he was guilty.

Why did they shoot him if his hands were up?

Do what!? Wtf did you read? Having read all of the grand jury witness testimony, the vast majority say he did not have his hsnds up and was moving forward toward Wilson when fatal shot came.

OK so we have different eye witness accounts. What about the autopsy findings and ballistics reports? Did they offer any compelling info?

It likely would have been ruled justified from what I've read and they still would have rioted then, but at least the system would have worked.

The question was never as simple as "were his hands up or down."

It was "where was his hands," and most said things like "up by his ribs" or "pulling up his pants" or "kind of out in front toward the officer"

A couple said up in surrender, a couple said down. But the most credible ones had him moving forward toward the officer, and even some of the ones clearly sympathetic to brown (again the "hands up don't shoot" witness, witness #10) said initially that brown was on his knees begging for his life when executed hands up over his head. Then he changed it numerous times before settling on hands near his rib cage, palms down, moving forward toward the officer with the officer yelling "STOP!!!" The whole time and during the final shot
