He worked for the FedGov. Doesn’t mean he’s LE. If he was a federal agent, I doubt he would make this post.

Baw are you not reading what OP has said about the pattern of their behavior? They’ve already done something imo. Something enough to warrant confronting them, albeit in a smart way. OP can handle this however he chooses, but I’d rather worry about my own safety and well being instead of what if it’s all a misunderstanding. What do you make of their behavior?

There shouldn't be any way my neighbors know what I do, my vehicle is just a regular unmarked Tacoma and I never leave or come home with my badge visible or anything of the sort. My wife was actually very worried about being identified when we first moved here so I've taken every precaution possible to keep my occupation an "unknown". I don't have any neighbor friends or anyone that would know what I do either.
IF she has somehow identified me as a Marshal it's through some sort of crazy one in a million happenstance where she recognizes me from a different state or different region of FL, but this is a good neighborhood and it's a stretch to think she'd be living nearby and associated with anything criminal on the scale we deal with.
She looks just like an average 25-35 year old white girl

Are you a party in a lawsuit or some settlement request right now?
Is your home up for foreclosure? Because I’ve seen job postings where 1099 positions are available to people by the banks to take pics of the property (but not homeowner). Maybe they’re taking pics of your property and you just happen to be in it?
Or maybe you’re about to be abducted into human trafficking. Good luck!
Edit: I see the mortgage and lawsuit thing has been brought up many times. I never read responses before answering

Do you have a wife and kids? Might want to be super careful. They may be watching you to see when you’re busy to take the opportunity to do something to them. Just a suggestion for you to consider. Either way whatever the frick is going on, you need to contact the police ASAP.

Baw, I’m not trying to come across as an a-hole here, but if you are FBI, IRS, US Marshall, Homeland Security, etc, I don’t really understand why you are worried. Confront them, get their info, and go from there.

Next time it happens call the police and claim you saw her point a gun at you. That should get her stopped. Then figure things out from there.

Do you have a lawsuit for workmans comp or another issue that mowing a lawn would counter act your claims???? Either that of they ar going to murder you. Next time mow at the same time and make sure to get there plates and take a photo call the cops to document it then get a restraining order.
