What is wrong with you. Suck the head and eat the tail. You should get all the taste you could possibly want by doing those two things.

Lemon/lime, black pepper

For potatoes, corn, onions, garlic, etc. - ketchup, mayo, Cajun Power garlic sauce, worcestershire, and Louisiana hot sauce.
You're right about the type of sauce (it needs mustard too), but wrong about the crawfish.
Out here on the Cajun Prairie, a sauce made with vinegar, salt and black pepper was common as a kid. Everyone dipped in it.
I prefer the ketchup sauce, especially if it has lots of seasoning in it.

My wife makes a garlic/butter sauce for my girls....I'll usually dip my potatoes and corn in it...not my crawfish.

What? Dip crawfish? That's like putting ketchup on a steak.

this dip thing blows my mind, I first learned of it here. I ate crawfish since I was a kid and never had dip.

Do not dip your crawfish. It's just not right.

Might as well boil in in pure water if you're going to dip it. Same theory as putting ketchup on a steak...

Like the title says, what's your favorite sauce/dip/concoction to dip your crawfish in?
I've never seen anyone dip, ever.
Didn't even know that was a thing.

Seasoned boiling water...for real?

Normally nothing, but sometimes I'll dip them in the lemons that were boiled with them.
