I feel as though all of your gay pride references come from the news and Tigerdroppings.

This is saying that the poster isn't gay, so he won't speak to the motivation of gay people participating in or organizing a pride parade.
You somehow took it as the poster saying he doesn't/can't have an opinion on what a pride parade looks like.

it's not difficult. The statement said it does nothing to normalize gayness. It didn't as if that was the motive.
