Being a DEI dummy likely wouldn't be considered a "high crime and misdemeanor" but even so, it would be highly unlikely it would be done. Being a partisan idiot probably doesn't count.
A Supreme Court justice can be impeached, but it is a difficult process. The House of Representatives must first vote to impeach, and then two-thirds of the Senate must vote to convict for the justice to be removed from office.
But it's a wonderful fantasy.
