He should have been picked up for harassment after the first video, and had his "sensation" nipped in the bud.
However, the DOJ investigation into that racist police department would have cost tax payers millions, so in the end the situation appeared to work itself out.

I know it says Youtube, but his videos were vines mostly. 6 seconds each. He would walk up, say it, and then run. That is it. He is of the most popular Vine channels out there. I guess people find it humorous.
