Obviously the less time the car is running, the less gas is burned.

This certainly isn’t true in some cases

Nothing makes me laugh more than seeing one of these assholes zig zagging through traffic on the freeway during rush hour driving all pissed off.

I’ll go out if my way to box someone like this in for as long as I can. Sometimes I’ll even pass my destination.

Didn't his wife find his account and then she started posting and drama ensued soon after? Both were gone not long after that.

It was an ex and he went out like a boss(of retards). She made an account and called him out for some domestic shite because of his old thread about her getting caught making out at the Messengers Christmas when they were together.
So he posted her pics(nothing bad) and called her crazy and all kinda shite.

I knew MJ2 from high school back at Woodlawn. That was some epic shite.
He still posts/comments in the Denham and LP Rants and Raves on FB

Are you using the in dash mileage readout to claim that? My mileage readout claims about 18 to 19 at the end of a tank but doing the math is slightly below 18 usually. 21 Ram 2500. I can get the readout up to 22 to 23 after around 100 miles on a tank, but it slowly but surely drops to a little under 20 by the end of the tank and when I take the tank mileage divided by how much fuel I put in, it's a different number. Not wildly off, but always higher than actual.

Not even a Prius gets this much fuel efficiency at 90+, this is a ridiculous post

Between 2500-3000 RPM which in most vehicles puts you between 65-75 MPH.

Most everything runs 1700-1800 @ 68-72mph.

75 will probably get you to 2200, you start running 80-85 and you can see the fuel gauge move in the opposite direction of the tach.

I run it up to 120-130, then turn off the engine until I get down to about 50, then start it back up and repeat.

My Hwy mileage was ok, I found a trick for increasing City mpg.
Traffic signals set at 35 mph work just the same at 70mph. I’m going to check the 45mph traffic lights at 90 mph later.

The F250 I had would get about 15mpg in town, and I drove it as much like a race car as I could on 35mph streets. However, topped out at the speed governor at 94mph on highway stretches I would get 34mpg. I understand the physics of why this happens, but don't try to explain physics to a baw in a grocery hauler.

if you can drive backwards you'll actually end up with more gas in your tank when you get home

I can confirm when I have my cruise set on 170 KMPH on the autobahn which is about 105 MPH and about 4000 RPM and I don't have much traffic I eat through gas.

Yes I am using the digital read out on the dash. I was a little suspect at the beginning, but have come to accept it. I haven’t checked it independently . I will check it on my next fill up, as you have peaked my interest to see how accurate it is.

I just finished a 1600 mile road trip. I averaged 31 mpg but never surpassed 75 mph the entire time. Anything over that is bad. I tried 80 mph and it went below 25 mpg.

I really love this truck.

Wouldn't the motor running at a constant rpm and let the mph fluctuate be more efficient?
