How does a jury just let the cops off when there is apparently so much evidence against them?
Theres a sole reason a no bill comes back on any grand jury- the DA/AG simply didn't want to indict the accused and simply tossed the case. That's it. There's literally no other reason.

Police protect their own. News at 5.

I didn't watch the video. I've only read through the thread, but why the hell is a warrant over a freaking weed eater being served at midnight?!?! Why are they kicking down a door over a weed eater?!?!
Its pretty comical thats there is 0 outrage against the judge that signed the warrant.

Raid a house over a weedeater? The gas and salaries it takes for that is more than the device.
Why can't they just go knock in daylight hours?

Regardless of worng house or not the police sent five armed officers at midnight to conduct a search warrant for a lost weed eater.
If this guy had stolen a car they would have sent the swat team and a police helicopter.
God forbid he did a serious crime, probably would have just launched a cruise missle at him.

They really take stolen weed eaters seriously in KY I guess. If it were me in my area, Cops would say "sucks for you bro, but we have better stuff to do."
Ohhhh. Well there you go.

I see a lot of “good police” staying silent when the bad apples act out.
Probably out of self preservation. Can't add fuel to the ACAB crowd. If the media was able be neutral, there might be more public criticism from the internal crowd

Well don’t say stupid shite like “but back the blue, right”.
If you don’t want to back the blue then let’s get rid of all law enforcement. Society doesn’t seem to need them. Obviously there are frick ups and really bad instances, but don’t paint with such a broad brush. Take it instance by instance.
Wipe that polish from your mouth.

The more likely answer is they probably never heard about this since most are normal people.

If you feel like the police are doing a horrible job and you could do better, I am sure finding a job would be easy considering they pay so well and it’s really low stress
It's not about doing better; police aren't immune to valid criticism. If it's so stressful that they have to act like assholes to the general public...maybe find another job?

I’m still scratching my head over this:
Night search warrant over, at best, a TOP 2??
