Apparently there was a lot of overhead debris in the zone they needed to access for recovery.
The last few weeks they were using robots, wrecking balls, long reach cranes to get that overhead debris down. It wasn't just slabs of concrete, but smaller stuff like blocks, scaffolding, general rubble.

Thousands of Hispanics come here by themselves and go to work. No family or friends. They’ll share a 4 bedroom house with 7 other people who they don’t know just to be able to send more money to their families back home. It’s a repeat cycle of work, laundromat, Walmart. Would not be the slightest bit surprised if more illegals were in that building and people had no knowledge of their whereabouts. Their employers who were paying them under the table certainly wouldn’t speak out about it.
