I had it last week. Popped positive for Flu A, took Xofluza but still wound up in Urgent Care getting breathing treatments. My fever wasn't awful, nor did I have super bad headaches, it was the cough. It HURT so bad to cough and nothing stopped it. Finally got a better cough med, steroids and was put on an antibiotic because it had gone into my chest and was now bacterial.

Prob true but I was busy taking care of my husband who just had surgery to remove his cancerous lymph nodes. Working out wasn't really on my mind.

Which is why I got the pneumonia vaccine years ago. A legit vaccine. You can get it before 65 you just have to ask and be insistent. I think you need a booster later if you take it early in life.
