I honestly wouldn't expect candidates, even Trump, to donate anything, but I'm certainly appreciative regardless of the reason. I'm for anyone coming down to bring attention to the situation. Don't care who it is as long as they bring positive attention here which could result in more donations from outside of the state. All donations, no matter the amount, are helpful. So is physical assistance.
I agree with you. No matter what their motivation might be, as long as it results in them providing assistance and making more people aware of just how bad things are down here, that's all that really matters.

My point is that the headlines on all those sites are about his campaign and not about his visit to La.
The second headline is about a douche bag swimmer who lied about being robbed.
At least CNN has a section devoted to the floods on their website, Fox has his visit under the bias story, focusing on the politics and not the people
