Been on the road all morning heading to the beach. Been fairly quiet for the most part. Had some pretty heavy rain coming through mobile about 30 minutes ago

Where "is" Cindy currently? I keep seeing a forecasted path up through Little Rock, Memphis, Nashville, and Cincinnati, but keep hearing about storm impacts from New Orleans to Pensacola.

Shreveport just got a nice band of rain. Not much wind, however.

rds, are there expectations as the system moves NE that rainfall will move back into SE LA?

Looks like the width of this system should still make an impact even as she pulls away.

Hope you have fared well today...I am in the Bessemer area and it has been crazy AF today and now we have another heading our way. We always seem to attract tornadoes in Jefferson County here. I know of, as of today with this activity, at least 6 of the last 7 years now we have had significant damage in Jefferson County. Gets old quickly!

Damn right, this tornado hit an ABC store. I'll bet there is 50 police cars in that parking lot to keep people from looting all that state owned liquor.

ETA: Store is gone and all the bottles are still on the shelves like nothing happened.
