I was thinking the same thing. Looks to be more of a north movement now than a northwest. Unless I'm looking at the wrong thing.

I noticed that it looks like a north to northeast movement an hour or so back.

Looking at the LCH/HOU radar, that thing is centered due south of Sabine Pass and chugging along at what appears to be a more WxNW heading. Centex may get some rain after all. 100F at noon every day eff'ing sucks.
