Lake Chuck should get a pretty good amount by daylight. Light rain here in NE Hou over the last hour. More to come. Stay safe everyone

Agreed.... But the way this storm is formed... A move to the northwest is A good thing for the BR area...[Nit sue where you are]. But this storm is HOLLOW... The center is near the border, yet A lot of the rain is WAY WAY east of center.................

I was being serious. It barely rained in Nola today. I thought it was supposed to storm. Is it supposed to be bad tomorrow?

Looks like way more DRY AIR than they thought got wrapped around the east side. We're not getting much rain if that stays in place.

So has the water risen to a level near the skirting on your trailer? I look up to you for weather information and I am genuinely curious. I might have to go to Costco tomorrow.

Interesting. Forecast for where I am at shows no winds even topping 20 MPH.

Should have landfall in the next few hours near or just east of Beaumont and Port Arthur.

Last run of the HRRR dropped 17" from The Woodlands over to Liberty. Looks like that is probably over done based on sat and radar but someone in that area could pick up a bunch of rain tonight.
