Did shoulders, chest, and tris earlier this morning

How on earth can you do tris and chest the same day...my tris are the first thing to give out and limit my chest action. I go pretty light on chest but 4 x 8 of the following:
Regular BP @ 185# 4x8
Close Grip BP @ 155# 4x8
Reverse Grip BP @ 155# 4x8
Incline / Decline @ 185# / 165# respectively 4x8
DB BP @ 65# Each 3x10

By the time I'm done with that, my tris are shot. Should I just power through it? I usually do bis and tris on the same day as back

back day
5x10 weighted pullups (45lbs)
5x10 shrugs (315x2, 365x3)
4x10 dumbbell single arm bent rows (85 lbs)
4x10 close grip pulldowns (140x5)
4x10 barbell reverse grip bent rows (135,165,185,165,135)
4x10 rope grip high pulls (120 lbs)
4x10 mfing deadlifts (335,365,385,405) hopefully I survive the 10 reps at 405

superset each pair of exercises together and I'm in and out in an hour.

It is pretty common on a 4 day split

You're doing Chest/Triceps too. Those are pretty heavy on the triceps

My chest day is:

Bench Press
Weighted Dips
Incline Press
Chest Fly
Skullcrushers with close grip burnout
Lateral extensions
Pushups

I go at lunch, so am limited on what I can do in a 45-50 minute workout. I do add some tricep work on my shoulder/lagniappe day

Make sure you keep that belt going full speed when you jump back on it. Also, make sure you post it on youtube and link it here.

Just gotta be an athlete BAW.

When I started using this form of HIIT I was very reluctant and started with at like 6 mph and a 10 incline. You get the hang of it. I like to hold myself up using the "rails" and get my legs going before just hopping on. Its killer.

A good fitness test is to see how many rounds of 10 seconds on 10 off at 10 incline, 10mph. I can make 8 rounds. Mid 20's. 6'0. 190lbs.

The skinnier your legs are the bigger the upper body appears. With that said, I avoid leg exercises other than walking......

That's moving pretty good. I usually start my workout with a 2000m row in 10 min

I did deadlift, power cleans, weighed pull ups and face pulls yesterday.

Doing flat bench, incline flye, weighed dips and push up burn out today.

Because lots of chest moves are compound movements with the tris.

The impossible is harder by a long shot. I can do set after set of 3 legged.

I wish I could get yoked liked you doing olympic lifts but it has been so long since I've done them and my gym doesn't have them.
