How does that cop know Hill doesnt have a gun when he rolled that window up?
Reckless driving, Speeding, Driving without a License. What if he was going 120-130 and weaving in and out? That’s why he was pulled over.
Then is an a-hole to the cop, then rolls a tinted window up so that cop can’t see what’s going on, then doesn’t roll it down after being asked 3x, ESPECIALLY as a black man that is 10x as likely to shoot a cop. That’s all from the cop’s perspective.
But yea, it’s all the cop’s fault.

100% of the people involved in the initial arrest are idiots.
Those cops need to be purged from the force. Tyreek was a dick for closing his window too.
They should have no right to demand a license from someone standing on the side of the road

According to you we might as well have no police, which is already understaffed nation wide. These cops may have not been great but they did nothing egregious either.
