Probably not. I want to say they've seen that if you're asymptomatic, irregardless of strain, that you generally don't spread it because of the reduced viral load. If you get a higher viral load, then you're likely going to show symptoms (which is when a vaccinated person would quarantine). But that's just my basic understanding of virology and another variable could come in to contribute to them changing that.
