All 3 F-15E's were accidentally shot down by a Kuwaiti patriot missile battery. All 6 survived. Probably returning from mission slow and low in formation because they were over perceived friendly soil.

Wouldn't it be amazing if somehow we in the US and like 99% of people in the middle east were just cool like that? Like no animosity, no misunderstandings, no propaganda, and no fundamentalism in either direction. Just peace and brotherhood of man. I think a lot of those people are cool and nice. I wish those ones were dominant.

Where is it claimed he was a nomad? Kuwait's citizens are all filthy rich. They are similar to Tribal people with casinos: everybody gets a share of the profits.
Except, instead of gambling profits, Kuwait's citizens share oil profits.
That "Nomad" probably went to college at Oxford or Cambridge, if not an Ivy League school in America.

Reports that Iran sent jets over Kuwait, so their air defenses were on high alert and accidentally shot down the wrong planes.
Glad all 6 pilots are OK. Could easily have been 6 added to the body count.

Ejections usually cause serious back and neck injuries—often flight ending. Good thing she’s okay. That, or the adrenaline hasn’t worn off yet.

The level of humanity the locals showed in that video is refreshing given the circumstances. Glad to see all aviators survived and were met by our allies.
