Oh, someone told me that and I ran with it. I thought all of the Weather birds started on the H3 line.
Trust no one. (kidding)
I think there were some Baltimore tails (135x) before the WC line too, but they were all hitting about the same time, except for 8151 & 8152. They were test tails.

Woah. Amazing stuff. I have zero desire to fly a plane, but damn it if these pictures don't tempt me just a little.

Quick question...
Do you tip the nose of plane downward during flight to account for the curvature?

There’s a Costco right next to it too.

Yes. We have to fly with constant pressure on the yoke to keep the nose down, or else we’d fly into space.

Space isn't real.

All those horizontal rocket launches were fun to watch.

Well golly gee whiz. Isn't that just the neatest and scariest thing.
Do you adjust flight times and routes to account for the rotation too?

Honestly, I just press the “Data Init” button, then “load” & “activate” then turn the autopilot on after we’re airborne and let the airplane do what it wants. If what got loaded matches the paperwork, we usually end up where we’re supposed to, and I don’t really know the science of why it happens.
