agriculture The ranch has been used for livestock grazing in the past; however, at present the only cattle are some strays from a neighbor.
Imagine putting that in the description of a
$27,000,000 Ranch for sale in Texas. That’s truly FU money.

Is it rural development eligible? If so, maybe I can finance 100 percent!!
Note could top $200k per month, depending on your rate. You might want to prepay some points.

Of course, you need at least 50ac per head out there. In some places, more like 100ac/AU.
Closer to 100ac/au out there. Even that can be tough depending on the water situation.

And to think there are beach houses in Destin that would cost you half that.

How many illegals are on that ranch any given day? That land sadly is useless now thanks to the border being wide open.
Someone that can afford 27mil can also afford riders.

Man ... Van Horn has got to be in the top five of West Texas Wasteland areas. There is a whole lot of nothing in that area of the country, including water.
I made a week-long backpacking trip to Big Bend in early Spring of a wet winter. The desert was blooming and beautiful, if you got up close. But short of being a rattlesnake wrangler, there's nothing out there for me long term.
