For me, it's the Medicare commercial where the wife walks in on the husband reading his paper and shrieks----"Al, did you call about the medicare plans B & C" and then goes on to explain how they are needed to supplement the basic Medicare plan.
My first thought is "Bitch, if you know so much about it, do it yourself and leave me alone to read my paper since you obviously know more about it than me".

The two minute SPCA commercial, where they show all the sick and suffering animals out in the freezing cold. I just immediately reach for the remote and change the channel and come back occasionally to see when it’s fricking over.
