Ok. So you would be willing to renounce your citizenship of the country that you were born and raised in, that you have shed blood sweat and tears for, that you have given so much for and has given you so much...

because you wouldn't like it if there are too many gays?

Got it.

I really wouldn't care. I don't mind the gays at all. I just read an article and wanted to discuss this.

Nothing. Despite how ridiculous the US is, how terrible the president is, how arse-backwards politics are, its still better than most countries. Our freedoms get taken for granted everyday and if wasn't for those freedoms, you crackpots wouldn't be allowed to proclaim the amount of BS that you do.

I wouldn't. This is my home. I may disagree with a lot of the things that happen here, but I have a loyalty and responsibility as a citizen to help make my community as best as possible.

Nothing yet. I have to wait three more years until I get my dual Irish citizenship.

I wouldn't say he "fought" for his country. He was a psychiatrist. And did he even deploy?

No f'ing way... it'd take land/title/peerage for me to renounce my citizenship and move to the UK, and I love it there. Britain is a very non-socially mobile place compared to the Southern and Western US.
