can remember when the vast majority of Chevy pickups were either Custom Deluxe or Scottsdales.
Used to have a 1983 flatbed Scottsdale with rear duals on the farm. It had a huge Lincoln welder on the bed. 454 big block, no muffler just straight headers and a manual 3 spd. It had so much torque and weight on the bed I could rev it and pop the clutch and make the front tires come up off the ground a few inches like a muscle car

You can get any F-series Lariat with a bench seat

These always nail me in the shin whenever I don't know they're there.

They're still very common, usually a 60/40 with fold down console.

Bench seats in front and making the kids ride in the back under a metal camper shell.
My Grandfather had a 72 F-100...bench seat in the cab...kids rode on the bed, climbing on the cattle racks when he would drive into town.

You can't charge 80k for a "truck" if it has bench seating.
You need captains chairs that heat/cool/vibrate for the average preening baw. Next up will be seat mounted butt plugs.

000's Silverados had a console that flipped up and down on the middleseat to form a bench. It was called a something like a 3/4 or 2/1 bench.
Dodge as well. I had a 2001 Ram 1500 in college. Standard cab, and the seat was a 40/20/40. Large console that flipped up or down, and when it was up you could fit 3 adults in there. We went full redneck a few times and my wife would ride in the middle seat on trips.
