I would say its Galveston or Biloxi. Didn't know what to expect with Galveston and was highly disappointed with how ugly it was and seaweed everywhere. Biloxi was ugly but I wasn't expecting much being that its Mississippi. South Padre was pretty ugly too

My ranking as far as I remember
Destin- prettiest but bougie af
Gulf Shores- my all around favorite beach that me and family visit yearly once if not twice a year
Cabo- beautiful setting but can eat you alive
Cozumel- cruise beach
Pensacola-mini gulf shores
Charleston- great town didnt spend much time on the sand though
Myrtle Beach- been to many a family vacation here
Virginia Beach- just childhood memories of it being funny
El Salvador beach- fun to be on pacific side but loooong walk to the ocean and dark brown/ black sand
Some beach in Delaware
South Padre- 2 back to back trips here following high school
Biloxi- at least they have casinos
Galveston- ugly af with shite ton of seaweed

Also, took a trip to the East Coast a few years back and was very unimpressed with beaches in Charleston, SC (Sullivan's Island). I was not expecting that grayish brown sand and the dark water.
