I haven't routinely used an alarm clock for 10 years. I normally just wake up when the sun rises around 6am. If I ever have to make sure I get up or have to wake up especially early I use my smart watch that vibrates to wake me up.

I get up at 4 am every day and I haven't used an alarm in years.
If I did use an alarm clock, this would be a good candidate... Mark on the Bus....

I wake up without an alarm between 5 and 5:30 every morning. Sometimes I get back to sleep for an hour or two, but most mornings I get on up.

I have to get up at 4am to take a leak just about every morning. About 50% of the time I can't go back to sleep. Sucks arse
