With what money chief?
And this isn’t one house of lazy ne’er-do-wells who can’t be bothered to get a job when work is available. You can’t squeeze blood from a stone.

no handouts, you will just have to get over it. It's your fault you weren't prepared
You can lick my bidet blasted a-hole. Luckily I still have work and am trying to give odd jobs to friends that are out of it at the moment. I don’t want a handout and have prepared. But I’m not such a calloused fricktard to realize that a LOT of decent, hard working people are in a real rough spot at the moment.
Through no fault of their own

quote:This is what I don't understand and why our government is such a POS. I'm not for people freeloading, I can't stand it, but many people aren't getting paid because the government has limited the businesses that can stay open and thus the people that can go to work to earn their paycheck. Now, they're letting their bullshite politics get in the way of helping out some honest people who may be living paycheck to paycheck for whatever reason.
per today’s news, there is no $1000 check or relief in sight.
Those sorry sons of bitches need to get off their arse and pass something to help people. I'm sure many of these people would rather be working, but can't because states are shutting down. You can't just leave people hanging bc you want to win political points.
And I'll say it again, I'm not for welfare. I'm just for helping people out who usually are working but can't right now.

Trump is trying to help but the democrats don't want to . it makes Trump look good so they will not sign the relief fund bill.

Isn’t this kinda what happened in 2008 with the housing bubble collapse? So I am going to go with that plus zombies when the dead from the virus come back to life.

Oh, my response to you was not based solely on that one post of yours. Now, are you really this much of a stupid frick in real life?

I'm sure you've been rich your whole life and never needed help.

For an honest answer we are less than a week into this so everything should be OK for now, going forward I dont know how to resolve it, defered payments would be a disaster as most renters are not capable of making it up if they are out of work long term.
I actually own two rental houses but dont have payments to make, at this point neither tennet is out of work but if it were to happen I would likely just take what I could get and hope they stay long term.
No landlord wants to evict folks, finding good tenents is a PITA.
