Breckenridge to Denver airport. Was $248. Our rental broke down in a snowstorm and Avis couldn’t get anyone to our location for 2 days. Had to get back for a client. Noticed the storm cleared, there happened to be one active uber driver in the area, and I tipped him $75 cash as well. All expensed if course!

Tampa to Disney World, was about 1.5 hours. I had flown into Tampa for work. My wife and my daughter were in Disney World on a girl's trip. They were scheduled to start the drive home that morning. The people that my wife and daughter had ridden with came down with the stomach bug. My daughter's preschool graduation was the very next day and we didn't want her to miss it. She also had never flown before. I Uber'd from Tampa to Orlando, picked them up, Ubered to airport, and booked all 3 of us flights home.
When the Uber driver arrived and saw the destination was Orlando, he said he was down to bring me but wanted to cancel it on the Uber app and asked me to pay him cash instead

Know a guy who did Houston to Dallas one night. Don't remember how much, but it wasn't as bad as I expected.

I had a long one. Lugano Switzerland to Milan Italy. Was €205 but it was in a Benz van.
I missed my train and had to make a flight.

Liverpool to London. About 4 hours overnight. We missed the last train back after the British Open right before a national transit strike. Had a flight out of Heathrow the next morning. I think it was somewhere between 350-400 British pounds.

Not Uber but taxi. From DFW airport to Conway Arkansas. My plane got delayed at 6pm and no flight until the next day at 3pm. I said frick it. Got a cab and told him $1000 cash, let's go.
No rentals one way. Didn't want to get a hotel for 2 nights either.

Tulane medical in downtown NOLA back home to northern St Tammany - Tulane paid for it because they f'd up my paperwork to get the months long stem cell transplants started. They marked me as outpatient instead of inpatient so they had to go through it all again. Pretty sure it cost them $150ish to get me home, but it was their mess because I was dropped off by family expecting to be there for a handful of weeks.

It was cheaper for me to stay in a nice four star hotel in Baltimore and Uber in to DC for a conference than the stay just about anywhere in DC (in other words any hotel not in the Ghetto). I forget the price prolly like 100 dollars or something.

I once flew into FLL for a Port Canaveral cruise because the round trip flight was $78. Rental car was cheap and had good mileage.
Orlando flights aren't cheap.
