I had a 5.0 for about 3 years I was in Dallas for a work conference and my coworker puked out the window of the Uber. We went to a self carwash and hosed off the side of the car, but it was too late. RIP 5.0

think like a 4.8 which pisses me off because i always tip well, etc.
i had one ride that i cancelled which i assume is what the negative review came from.

I dont think tipping is factored into your rating though

When I was in Austin for the LSU game we had 2 sets of people meet us tailgating on the north side of UT, coming from Zilker park area. 1 car dropped off people right by the tailgate, the 2nd car dropped my girlfriend and her friend a 1.5 miles away siting game day road closures. Had to walk the rest of the way in 100 degree weather.
About a month later I was doing another ride and realize I was still able to submit a complaint to Uber for that right so I drunkenly blasted the dude and next day the $17 hit my account.
Moral of the story, wait a few days and they won’t be able to tank your rating for your complaint.
