So dramatic lmao

Just stop wearing the mask and listening to the bs. Most reasonable people have had enough. Edwards is completely clueless so I doubt he won’t game this as long as possible. The at risk should quarantine or stay home if they’re afraid and everyone else should resume normal life.

15 days to flatten the curve
(oh we flattened the curve?)

Um, we're 2 weeks behind Italy
(wait, that's also false?)

Erg.. if it saves just one life... look, just put on the mask and do as you're fricking told, citizen. Your safety is paramount.

Yeah the way of life as we knew it is about over. We’re entering a new era in this world regardless of who wins the presidency

I’m with you as far as feeling helpless. I can’t imagine this stays like this for another year, but it wouldn’t surprise me...

The long term ramifications of this are so, so bad. From a sporting standpoint, what do you do with the hundreds of venues across America that cost millions, yet you aren’t allowed to fill beyond half capacity?

This has thrown a major wrench in the education system, airline industry, and all forms of entertainment. The impact upon mental health can’t even be measured.

It seems like it will never end at times.

I want these people to be wrong. I can’t imagine the government will purposely cage us like animals and tank the economy for long term interests. I can believe they did this to unseat Trump. But if this goes on another 4 years, they would be intentionally turning us into a 3rd world country. Why would they do that? Elected officials already have power. What’s the point of being in a power position, then intentionally reducing your value?

we'll be back to normal by springtime. You'll have karens that want people to be distanced but look around. People are chomping at the bit to get out and about. We'll be packed into restaurants and sporting events soon enough with zero regard for this BS virus.

all this crap will decrease exponentially starting 11/4.

It’s just really weird how negative everyone seems to be. I get these circumstances are unfavorable but you’d think with a vaccine and approaching herd immunity things will be just fine again. Not sure where the negativity is so prevalent, especially on this board.

I’ve been extremely negative. I’m on meds for anxiety anyway, so for me I think my worst case scenario thoughts are more because of how I can process shite.

I just go back what what I said earlier. I think most of the fear is politically driven. I totally get that. But I can’t imagine the libs wanting all this power so they can make the country poorer and make themselves look worse, thus screwing the party for any chance of success in the ensuing decades.

These people want to make their county look great to outsiders. They are in bed with these billion dollar companies. Why would they frick them over?
