Afghanistan hash is the world's best. I know some locals there; I could set up a smuggling ring and be fat with cash in no time.

Juarez- A really high murder rate
Baghdad- Terrorist attack can happen at any moment. Unstable country
Karachi- I don't know enough about the city. Honestly, I rarely hear about the city in the news. That probably a good thing on the terrorism front.
Kabul- The threat of the taliban is always there.
Pyongyang- Frick all that noise.

I would chose Juarez

Juarez murder rate is dropping now the the drug wars calmed down. It probably has a high GDP per capital than the other cities on the list and a relatively high level of personal freedom. *Personal Id give it another 4 years before even thinking about visiting the place.

Taliban. Hashish. Risk. Reward.

Kabul and it isn't even close. Kabul is pretty westernized for Middle East standards. American military presence, embassy presence, and the biggest military base in afghan not too far.

Juarez is a straight shithole.

Baghdad has potential but it isn't safer than Kabul imo.

Spent time in Calcutta India 15 years ago on a work assignment. If you are a westerner you can not step foot outside your hotel room without sticking out like a diamond in a goats arse.

Nairobi. Actually looks like a city with a functioning city center.

This is the only answer.

Cartel member > Islamic jihadi

Catholic > Muslim

Latina > Persian / -istani

Spanish > Arabic

Cocaine > Heroin

Tequila > Water

Beans > Rice

Carne Asada > Goat

Quick flight to Caribbean/Gulf of California > Persian Gulf/Arabian Sea

Salsa > Chutney

Walk across a bridge to America > 10-20 hour flight to Amercia

I go to Juarez a couple times a month now and haven't been murdered yet. This isn't 2008.
