I had the classic 90's clock radio combo like this one. I used it through high school and college. My son found it a few months ago in a box of my old crap in the garage and now he is using it.

I have a clock from 1997 that automatically adjust the time for Daylight Savings Time and Standard Time. The problem is that about 20 years ago ST was moved to first weekend in November and DST moved back 2-3 weeks ago.
It is a pain to adjust the time because buttons don't work so well, and it is complicated so I just leave as is for 3 weeks or so until correct.

I still have this one I bought at New Generation on Chimes St. in 1986:
I use the radio every night. Nothing like a British voice droning on and on about shite you don't care about to put you to sleep. I haven't needed to use the alarm in almost 30 years. My problem isn't waking up.

I love mine. It projects the time and inside/outside temps on the ceiling. I use my I phone for an alarm.

Those are fine but if you want your watch to track sleep it is worthless. My phone lasts 24 hours or so of my normal usage so no need to charge overnight. AirPods as well.
The problem with using only your watch or Phone to tell time is you have to make an effort in the middle of the night to raise the watch up or grab the phone. With a bedside clock all you have to do is roll towards it, half raise an eyelid and take 2 second peek.

I use my Alexa. Ask for the time, voice command to set an alarm. Verbally say "snooze" for another 10 minutes.

That’s mine. It’s been in my room since I was 6 years old and I’m over 40 now.
That’s the exact model that I have. I got it in middle school. I just turned 50.

Phone won't charge and died. Wife bought a clock off amazon, the old timey kind with the double bells on top. Well, that mofo works. Hated my cell phone ringer, but this clock is criminal.

I have a great one in my house that I bought for college 30 years ago. Still works so why get rid of it. I also have a crappy one in my camper. Loses time daily, needs to find the trash.
