There were (at least) three Spy vs Spy games on old 8-bit home computers like the Commodore 64. The one with the base and airfield that was also released on the NES, one on a volcanic island with a submarine that was also released on the Famicom (Japanese version of the NES), and one in the arctic that I don't remember how the winner escaped.

I love Mad Magazine. Specifically remember their Dukes of Hazzard and James Bond bits…and didn’t they have a back cover you could fold into a different picture or something?

I always enjoyed the small cartoons that were drawn in the margins throughout MAD magazine.

Only thing I know about Spy vs. Spy is a that the Golden Nugget in Biloxi had a Spy vs Spy themed slot machine.
