I take it. Zero side effects (I seem to be pretty much immune to side effects from any medications thankfully), and now I no longer have to stand at the pisser waiting for every last dribble to come out and I don't have wet spots in my undies anymore.

If y’all have trouble with flomax as well, daily cialis 5mg has been shown to help with enlarged prostate and urinary troubles. Also with the added benefit of better erextions so something to try if flomax doesn’t work.

Many surgical options such as TURP, Aquablation, laser
Prostate enucleation, urolift (don’t recommend), ReZum (can be pretty miserable for a month so don’t recommend for most guys)

I can finally empty my bladder, and it apparently emptied my sack.
No repeated 3 am trips to the toilet, but feels like I'm shooting air.

the side effect of you ejaculating basically air. Nothing comes out
My urologist told me this is called retrograde ejaculation. Nothing to be concerned about, but seems really weird to experience it.

Just started it this week and results have been great so far. Easy to get a stream started and empty the bladder, no irritation, only pee about 4-5 times per day, and no getting up at night.

Before it seemed like I was peeing about every 10 minutes.

I’m not a huge conspiracy theorist, but I really do have a nagging feeling that it was the Covid vaccines that caused this.

Nah, it's chemtrails falling over the flat earth that's doing it. I was 47 yesterday, 80 when I woke up this morning.

Been taking it for +10 years. Might get up once a night, but I’m going to check with a urologist about other ideas. I just hate taking pills.

Creatine, and TRT and gym=no more pissing at night

Started TRT a few years ago and my BPH symptoms started at the same time. I know that can be a side effect.

Everything starts trending downhill in your early 50’s. You have about 3-4 good years left before things start going south and they start sending you that initial AARP material in the mail.

Based on your advice, I reached out to my doctor to see if this was an option for me. The doctor agreed and sent me a 30 day prescription to see if it will work better than Flomax. I'm crossing my fingers that within a week or so I'll notice less night time bathroom trips.

Thanks for sharing.

Been taking it for about a decade. Started at 24 due to pelvic floor scaring/pain from an emergency testicular torsion surgery. They say it can affect fertility in younger guys, but we have two children and I've had zero side effects except relief since starting.

That being said, my Urologist this year shared there are a few new studies showing some potential (negative) cognitive side effects from long term use. She shared we may explore alternatives at my annual visit next year.
