Bates is great. In the same vein, if you ever find yourself up in New Hampshire, Hart's Turkey Restaurant in Meredith is a fantastic joint to visit. Full on Thanksgiving menu year around.

On one of the Food Network shows there was a soul food restaurant that sold a bunch of deep fried turkey butts. Seriously, people lined up to get them. On the menue it was listed as "The Last Part Over the Fence". I can't find it online, though.
